What do you do?
We’re a creative company that helps brands of all shapes, sizes and industries to find their distinct, authentic and compelling position in increasingly noisy and cluttered markets. Then we deliver an insight-driven creative solution that’s irresistible. Whilst much has changed since we set up in 2006, some fundamentals remain. Whether TV, print or social, we are still trying to convince real people, with all their wonderful quirks and desires, to spend more of their precious time and money with our brands rather than somewhere else. Insight is still key.

Who do you do it for?
We’ve a lot of experience in Leisure, Travel, Hospitality, Financial Services and B2B with brands such as Knowsley Safari, Destinology, Haven, Marston’s, first direct, mbna, Zentia and Volex. After 15 years, we’ve a lot of expertise in each sector but the broad mix means we can draw insights from several sources to keep the creativity original and fresh.

Who / what kind of businesses would you like to do more with?
We do our best work with people who have ambition and integrity, who want a creative partner rather than an arms-length supplier. People who love ideas, creativity and value outstanding client service. If that sounds like you …

How would your best client describe you?
We don’t have a ‘best client’ obvs but one of our long term clients said this about us this week… ‘Our partnership with IF is everything you want from an agency client relationship – great ideas, backed up with outstanding client service’. Which was nice.
