Altrincham based agency, C21 Creative Communications has launched a dynamic brand refresh that reflects the work they’ve been doing for clients since 1998, the difference they’ve been making across sectors and the change they’re still helping create.

The rebrand comes on the back of another record-breaking year that has seen the agency win exciting new projects with a Welcome Back from Covid campaign for Castle Point Council in Essex, three new projects for Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership and a contract to help reposition and rebrand global healthcare software provider, North West E-Health.

Not only has the £1.8m turnover company delivered an impressive business performance, they’ve won a string of industry awards including Best Small Agency and Best Integrated Agency, transitioned to an employee-owned trust and unveiled their new mission – to create change for good.

This mission reaffirms the nature of client work C21 has been involved with for nearly 25 years, whether that’s helping to build thriving communities, promoting good business practices, embedding leading edge med-tech or communicating the benefits of healthy living. It also marks the agency’s desire to do more to challenge accepted thinking and to encourage change through behavioural transformation. Working with existing clients as well as new appointments, C21 connects organisations, customers and communities, through insight, innovation and creativity, to improve lives both locally and globally.

Head of Creative, Emma Morris said; “On the back of the pandemic, we realised that for many years we’ve been advocating change but as an agency we still want to do more. If we really want a better future, it’s up to us to create it. That’s why the idea of change resonated so well with us. It’s all about changing behaviours or business approach for the greater good and realising that advancement doesn’t have to come at the expense of people or our planet. We want to work with companies who feel the same.”

Managing Director, Christina Clarke added, “This rebrand has been brought to life with creativity, passion and conviction and is an important part of our growth as an agency. It’s not just a statement about today but also a reflection of years of hard work. It’s about how we’ve helped companies become better versions of themselves – whether launching more considered and supportive services, developing innovative and environmental products, or promoting life changing causes and technology – we’ve been on that journey with them.  Our new positioning aligns with this historical trajectory, as well as our desire to continue creating positive change.”
