For those without these qualities it will appear to be a daunting task. The role will be based on key deliverables. The MPA has certain criteria that demonstrate what success looks like over the next three years and these will be the objective benchmarks for the Managing Director.

This role is for somebody who simply isn't afraid of hard work. It is a ‘sleeves up' delivery role. It's success is tied to the successful delivery of each and every event on the programme. It will involve administration as well as usual work patterns. The Events Manager will have an events team to assist with planning and advice chaired by a highly experienced events expert.
