"The Gender Debate In Agencies Is All Over"

Last year former Saatchi & Saatchi Chairman Kevin Roberts lost his job after denying that sexism was an issue in the advertising industry. His comments made headline's all over the world. Was the outrage justified, or did he have a point? That's the question we'll be tackling at the first School Of Thought debate.

Gender diversity is a hot topic in every industry, but in advertising it's even hotter. Just 11% of the world's creative directors are female, and London agencies fair only slightly better at 14%.

We have pulled together some of the industry's biggest names to thrash out this topic in a lively debate on Thursday 25th May from 6pm.

Hear from industry leaders in creative, media and film.
