The agency has since built a reputation for developing brands with a strong ethical stance, authentic narrative and a fearless approach to creativity.

Brands in the UK are facing a crisis of trust -
According to the Reputation Institute’s RepTrak report, trust in brands to ‘do the right thing’ dipped by a whopping 10% in 2017. Meanwhile just 38% of consumers said they were prone to recommending brands, a fall of 7%. The loss of public trust in institutions, from Government to Banks, has been well documented. Are the same social and economic forces now eroding the foundations of trust upon which brands are built? What can we learn (or avoid) from the likes of Uber, Delta Airlines or Ryan Air?

Is technology to blame ... Or does Amazon’s leap forward in the trust stakes suggest it’s a solution? In the next of the MPA’s Big Debate series, we are bringing together guardians of some of the UK’s biggest brands, to discuss with you how they are tackling the issue – sharing insights about when they got it wrong as well as when they got it right!

Join us at Bruntwood’s NEO building Wednesday 25th July, for what is going to be a lively, inspiring and vital debate – all washed down with a wine or two among colleagues and friends from across Manchester’s media, digital and creative community. Free thinking. Free drinking... No wonder there's always a full house!
