The failure of certain North West creative agencies during 2010 and early 2011 serves as a reminder of the risks faced in running an agency during tough economic times in a crowded and competitive market.
During 2011, many other agencies continue to tick along, providing a reasonable income for their owners but without really growing in terms of value. These agencies often exist more as a “lifestyle” business, without ever creating any tangible value that can be realised by selling the company when the owners retire.
The purpose of this seminar is to advise owners of North West creative agencies on how to make their business more attractive to potential acquirers, thereby providing an “exit” opportunity for the shareholders.
Content will include:
- Merger and acquisition opportunities
- Matters that can devalue your business if identified during financial or legal due diligence
- Corporate healthcheck
- Best practice observed in top performing agencies
- Future of the sector
Our speakers provide a wealth of experience and sector knowledge, making this a must-attend event for any creative agencies with serious aspirations of growth.
Please RSVP by Friday 25th Marc h to Tina McLoughlin at tina.mc loughlin@slaterheelis.co.uk
